My 12 that i just bought had to be shaved on the heads to make them fit. If you dont mind taking a couple minutes per head then they are great decoys.

works wonders with tundra swan carry lite decoys, motion stakes adds realism with wind movement. Snow geese can't resist a final approach with the swan decoys for added assurance...

I like the convincing appearance of the these snow goose decoys. I find the decoy shell stacking capability compact functional and therefore practical. Simply put, they are realistic/authentic, light and not bulky. For the price, the product is good.
My one reservation about this product is the fact that the decoy does not balance well on the motion stake. It appears to me that the Greenhead Gear designers have used the same body shell, and motion stake hole location on the shell, for the snow goose decoys as they have for their canada goose decoys (which could be potentially fine). The problem comes however in that the snow goose necks and heads must not be as heavy as their canada model counterparts, and as a result, the decoys tip tail down or head up on the motion stakes. I plan to remedy the problem by attaching some additional weight to the underside of the shell by the neck, but it would be nice not to have to work to make the balance adjustment.
