could not get it to work correctly, and came apart in the field. never could make the snow goose sound never could my hunting parnter who bought the same call. highly disappointed.

Good call for the money

The call is easy to blow. Less air presure than most! Must listen to professional calling cd's to get the cadence and right sounding notes. A good beginner call.

I purchased this call to have in case i have a few snows looking me over. I hunt an area where they have been known to be around but i wasnt going to break the bank buying a high end snow call. Not being a hard core snow caller i wish the call would have come with instructions or tips on the use of it. You can visit the QuakHead website but all i could find is a recording of hoe the call should sound no tutorial for begginers.

The call was a little harder to blow than I thought. Once I reajusted the reed the call has great sound. The call is loud and high pitched, to help bring in long range snows. I have not tried it on the snows as of yet, but NJ's season goes into April.
