Get the warmth of mittens with the option of quick, unrestricted finger use. Magnetic hood catches keep them out of the way when fingers are exposed. The hood is insulated with 250-gram Thinsulate® Insulation. The back of the gloves and palms have 200-gram Thinsulate Insulation. Top-grade cow leather is used on the palms for a superior grip. Convenient handwarmer pockets on the backside of the hoods. Imported.

Beware the Magnets

Good mitts but if you use any kind of compass (conventional or electronic including those in a gps) you will have to remove the mitt and keep it well away from the compass.

Awesome Glomitts!

I bought these glomitts as a replacement for the UA Derecho glomitts (which I returned). Unlike the UA glomitts, the Cabela's glomitts have a strong magnet to keep the mit in place when folded back. The size is true (I bought large). They are plenty warm and keep out the wind. Last the zippered pocket for the hand warmer pack is in the mit vs. the back of the hand, which provides better warmth for cold fingers.

I definitely recommend these gloves!
