We took the ever-popular fryer and added minor revisions to make it safer and easier to use. From fish to hushpuppies, this fryer will have you licking your chops with every meal you prepare. The raised burner keeps the oil below the burner cooled, extending the oil’s life. The 4-gallon fryer includes two stainless steel baskets with cool-touch handles, temperature gauge, drain valve, extension legs and a 10 psi preset regulator with stainless steel braided hose. Propane cylinders not included. Imported.

worthless junk

I bought this cooker two weeks ago it came in missing parts bent parts and the base smashed and dented. Just received the replacement not two hours ago today 5/22/12 lol this one still had missing parts and had to tighten every screw on it it is poorly made and dont feel safe to use it hose is not long enough to get it away from cooker to a safe position its pretty much made backwards gas hose should be behind the cooker not in front where someone could walk into it and tip over fryer. I could go on but have nothing good to say about this product i am disappointed in cabelas in selling such a product. Going outside now and filling with potting soil and use for a planter so everyone passing my home will see it and i can tell them the story.

Bought this for a big fish fry we have a couple of times a year and it works great!! Cut down my cooking time immensely. You can't put enough stuff in it to cool down the oil!! Temp is very stable and the drain spout is a nice addition too.
