This 50-lb.-capacity hanging feeder is simple to relocate. The hopper's Realtree® AP HD™ finish blends in with nearly any wooded environment. And it's outfitted with the R Pro Feeder Kit. The analog clock timer on the R Pro permits one to 24 daily feeding times with three feed rates. Plus, the heavy-duty no-blow slinger prevents wasted feed. The built-in redesigned varmint guard lets feed fly through better. Runs on one 6-volt spring-top battery (not included).

Good Feeder

Easy to use and reliable. You cannot beat it for the money. This fall will make the 4th season I have used this unit. I hang it in July/Aug and leave it in the woods until Jan. Other that a little rust and a few dings here and there it works well.

Hopper is made of plastic

I purchased 2 of these and when I returned to refill them 2 weeks after they were in the wood both hoppers were cracked off. I hade them at least 5 feet of the ground. I had trail cams on both of them and only deer visted them so I know they were cracked off by deer and not bear. I recommend metal custruction.
