Started with the DVD, amateur hour, enough said. Practiced with the call for hours and couldn't come close to a real moose. Ended up pulling the call out of the megaphone and just used my mouth on the megaphone. Threw the whole mess in the trash, a can and cord does a much better job, keep your money.

Because a non-electronic moose call is required equipment in my home state, I bought the only one available. I guess I could use it for goose hunting, because all it does is honk. Had much better luck with a homemade call (970 lbs, 59").

I bought this item in preparation for an archery moose hunt this fall. The DVD that came with it is pretty good, although fairly dated. The call doesn't work for beans. I have practiced and practiced and cannot make any sound like a bull or cow moose. I have found it easier to mimic the calls on the videos with my voice alone. While the DVD is ok, you can find as good lessons on You Tube. My recommendation is don't waste your money on this product.
