Avery® Floating Duck Strap

  • 1/4" closed-cell foam padding for comfortable carry
  • 600-denier polyester with nonslip rubberized backing
  • Black powder-coated stainless steel wire loops
Features 1/4" closed-cell-foam padding that makes for incredibly comfortable carry. The tough 600-denier polyester front resists abrasion, and the nonslip rubberized "sharkskin" back keeps it firmly in place. It has black powder-coated stainless steel wire loops, along with an extra-large snap hook for D-ring attachment.

Glad it floats.

I dropped my new duck strap in the water before I even had a chance to use it. Thank god it floats and I didn't lose it. It was a little hard to get big mallard heads through at first but with a little tweaking to lossen the bars It works well. Overall it is a good product and serves it purpose.

Strap is great for ducks but had to bend it to get geese to fit. A little bigger would be nice.

Clip broke within 5 minutes

Overall, I was happy with the strap and the price, but within five minutes of opening the package, the plastic clip snapped as I tried to secure it to my hunting bag. I'm expecting that Cabela's will exchange the broken strap at no charge, but I still think the clip should be more durable.

I LOVE MINE. THE ONLY TROUBLE I HAVE HAD IS WITH GEESE BECAUSE THERE NECKS ARE BIG SO YOU HAD TO REALLY YANK IT ON
