Moeller Below Deck Permanent Fuel Tanks

Replace aging fuel tanks and maximize fuel capacity space with a Moeller below-deck, permanent tank. Get an exact fit with absolutely no guesswork. Seamless, one-piece construction does away with potential weak spots, allowing you to secure the new unit in place and forget it, even if you spend a lot of time running rough water or getting pounded by waves and swells. All Moeller tanks are equipped with an accurate electrical sender that works with any fuel gauge, so you never have to wonder if you have enough fuel left to get back to the dock or to one more fishing hole. All tanks accept 1-1/2" fill and 5/8" vent hose, and brass withdrawal fittings.

Fuel gauge quit after 2 weeks.

I bought a tank in the Utah Cabelas last year and got it installed in my pontoon boat this spring. The sending unit to the fuel gauge worked for about 2 weeks and then quit. I can hook the float support arm through the fill spout and raise the arm and the gauge well work. The float in the sending unit must be defective because it doesn't float in the tank. I have tried to contact Moeller tech support and they haven't return my calls. Now I have to replace the sending unit.

I know that Moeller is responsible for the product, but, Cabela's was responsible for the excellent service. We are upgrading our boat and needed this tank immediately. Your prompt service did not go unnoticed, Thank you.

I
bought the 25 gallon tank after much debate over if it was going to fit
in the space I got for it. Finally got it and was really likeing the
heavy duty construction and the top-notch fittings. I just got it
installed using the Moeller install kit and filled it up. Now that was the one draw-back, it took almost $100 to fill! Not anything like the little 6.5 gallon carry-on red tank which came with the Yamaha. The installation manual was easy to read and not a leak to be had. Great product and great shipping by Cabelas! Also the cheapest price I found. Do your homework and measure, measure measure!
