Featuring the two most respected names in weatherproof protection: W.L. Gore and Associates’ GORE-TEX fabric and 3M’s Thinsulate™ Insulation, this series represents the new pinnacle of performance in cold-weather hunting clothing. The waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX membrane is "Guaranteed to Keep You Dry®" in sleet, snow or ice. A layer of Thinsulate Insulation internalizes your body warmth within the garment to have you warm and comfortable during frigid late-season hunts. Unlike other insulation, Thinsulate has a high warmth-to-weight ratio, meaning better insulation properties with less bulk. Because silence is of the utmost importance in the field, the shell fabric of the garments is whisper quiet. The 3-in-1 Parka gives you the versatility to change with the weather conditions. Removable liner jacket has 200-gram Thinsulate Insulation. Parka has 100-gram Thinsulate Insulation in the hood. Liner has two slash pockets. A Scent-Lok lining adsorbs odors. Parka features: zippered accessory pocket, fleece-lined zippered handwarmer pockets with zippered cargo pockets behind, mesh interior pocket with hook-and-loop closure, zippered front with snap-close storm flap, drawcord waist and bottom hem, hook-and-loop-adjustable cuffs and fully adjustable detachable hood for volume fit and unimpeded peripheral vision. Great Parka

this is the first parka i have ever bought from cabelas and i wasnt disappointed it is very warm, comfortable, waterproof, and quite. i bought it and the mt050 whitetail extreme pants at the same time the only things i can say bad is the material for this parka is a little more clingy to trees than the mt050 material and it is a little more bulky because it is regular thinsulate as appose to ultra or supreme thinsulate. I didnt pay attention to that when i bought it but i wanted the zip away hood and liner so i chose this one over the mt050 parka and overall very happy!! thanks cabelas

Dont know what else i can tell but this parka is just amazing.It is really an armor against the elements and it is yet very quiet when you are after a big game trophy.

Best hunting jacket I have ever owned

For years I used the Scentlok Thundertek Cyclone jacket, and I loved it. However, as the years went on the sleeves became way to tight. So tight that I couldn't fold my arms across my chest. If you are a skinny guy that jacket would work, but not for me. Long story short I ordered this jacket to replace it. Not only does it allow for inhibited range of motion like I was looking for, I also got several other great perks out of the jacket over the one that I had. It is extremely warm and very quiet....two factors that any hunter can't overlook. The high number of pockets make the need for a backpack obsolete. The liner in the jacket can be removed and worn during bow season when the weather isn't quite as cold. This jacket can also be customized any way you would want since it has a mid level pull cord, one at the bottom, and one at the hood. Great fit, great warmth, great versatility, and it's so durable that I doubt I will ever have to buy another one! Spend the extra money, and get this jacket! It will last you a life time. Thanks Cabelas for another excellent product!!!!
