Cabela’s Microtex Lite is as tough as nails, quiet as fleece, dries amazingly fast, won’t fade or pill, and breathes extremely well. It’s the ultimate in warm-weather hunting gear because it’s half the weight of original Microtex, but with the same properties and features as the original garments. This traditional seven-button shirt has two button-close chest pockets, a banded collar, button-close cuffs and extra-long tails to make sure it stays tucked in as you make your way through the brush. 100% polyester. Miis Sized Shirts

I purchased this shirt and received it just after Xmas. Upon opening it, I noticed it was way too small. I purchased an extra large, and it looked like a medium.
The tag said extra large, but after talking to customer service, they said that they would measure the next shirt before they sent it to make sure it was true to size. Well they measured them, and found the sleeves way too short. I can't believe I am the first person to bring this up. Be careful with these sizes, as they are not true--at least those that are on sale. Obviously there was someting wrong with the entire shipment since they can't find a shirt that is properly sized and they want to return my money.

Bought 2 of these shirts and 2 of the microtex uninsulated pants for a 10 day horse trip for moose and elk.
By day three 2 buttons had fallen off the first shirt. Switched shirts. By the end of the trip the other shirt had lost 3 buttons.
Very annoying and a bit of a pain to deal with.
I'm now busy resewing all the buttons on both shirts.
Perhaps just a bad batch???
Loved the pants.

I have a love-hate relationship with this stuff. In terms of comfort, light weight, breathability, durability, this stuff is awesome. My HUGE headache is that it is burr-eating garbage. I think burrs jump across open space to get to it. I cannot see why there has to be any nap on this at all and if it were as burr proof as cotton, it would be tremendous. I hunt western CO and the hounds tongue is crazy. I can't go anywhere without both legs being covered. Cabelas, if you want to product test for burr proof clothing, I'm your guy!!!
