Over the years, we've developed numerous groundbreaking innovations – dead-silent Elite™ Fleece; core-warming zone insulation; waterproof, breathable Dry-Plus and mobility-enhancing stretch panels. Now, we've combined them all to come up with our finest fleece hunting outerwear to date. Zone insulation maps the body into sections, placing the heaviest Thinsulate™ Supreme Insulation where you need it most and lighter weight panels where flexibility is key. Strategically placed stretch panels further enhance movement. A layer of Scent-Lok adsorbs odors. Hook-and-loop-adjustable cuffs. Removable hood with drawcord adjustment. It's warm and comfortable

When I say it's warm I'm not kidding.

I purchased this coat last christmas for myself and had to wait all year to use it. This year, during my 4 week hunting trip, It never got colder than 15 degrees f. I was only able to wear a baselayer with no sweater.

It has loads of pockets and extremely quiet. I really like the removeable hood and expandable front pocket.

The only pitfall was no two-way front zipper.

Overall I am completely satisfied.

Great Quality

I am torn by giving this a 4 star review. Honestly this deserves a 4.5 out of 5. The quality of materials is excellent! The it is very evident that a lot of time was put in with the design of the product.
My only suggestions with the design of this product would to put in zipper vents for when you are moving. (Maybe under the arms) This coat gets warm and stays warm. If you plan on walking while hunting this may be too warm for you.
I ordered this from the website without seeing the product before seeing it. I am extremely happy with the quality!
However, I do not like the appearence of the Realtree AP on the fleece material. The fleece makes the camoflage appear blurry and lose definition and the colors appear lighter in the fleece areas. There are reinforced areas on the knees and elbows with another type of cloth that look better and are more defined and darker than the fleece areas. I don't believe that the effectiveness of the camo will compromised though.
Also, I bowhunt in cold weather. The thickness of this coat is pushing the limits of bulk for archery, so I would recommend that you get the pants and not the bibs to keep the bulk in the belly & chest to a minimum.
This gear is definitely for cold climates between 0-40 degrees. Not for the early archery season, so keep that in mind!

awesome parka

this is a great parka it kept me warm when sitting and while walking around i didn't overheat. Lots of packets and is very good looking. It is a fairly heavy parka but not too puffy like lower quality parkas. 100 % water proof and the stretch panels are great. the only con to it is that the zippers could be a bit bigger. But over all its the best parka iv bought.
