Cabela's MT050® Whitetail Extreme™ Bibs – Tall

These bibs offer the ultimate protection for your legs and torso. Each is equipped with adjustable suspenders, leg zippers and a leg pocket on the right side. Bibs also have an elastic waist, adjustable cuffs, a front zipper and a rear pocket. The 150-gram Thinsulate™ Supreme Insulation protects you from wind and cold. GORE-TEX Performance Shell fabric is guaranteed to be completely waterproof and highly breathable. Imported.
Inseam: Fits 34" to 36".

the only recommendation I would have is to add pockets to the chest part of the bibs. My old bibs have pockets here and I used them all the time. The chest portion could also be just a bit taller. Other than that, I have been very impressed by this item what few times I've used them so far.

Purchased these along with the MT050 Coat. Lot's of pockets, this year has been very warm so I can't comment on that.
1st Day of deer season in NY, I went through a briar patch and it reeked havoc on these bibs. Every briar I went through, punctured the "Gore-Tex" and pulled out a thin, white piece of insulation about an 1/2in long. Picture about 1000 of these all over the front of the pants and you can understand my frustration.
The coat? No problems.
Hope I only purchased a defective set and hope Cabelas can fix my issue. These are too expensive to be that cheap.

The goretex bibs were very warn in 17 degree F Weather. I never got cold. Easily fit over my boots with the zip up sides.

I used these on a Moose hunt in Canada and they kept me warm in the cold, dry in the rain, and all around comfortable. I am 6' 5"+ and the tall version fits well. The only problem I had is two snaps pulled through in the first 3 days of use. A suggested improvement would be to make the chest portion taller with pockets.
