good frog. lots of fish but on the small side. have caught some nice ones though. I use the nasty shad works best.

Spro Poppers are great!

I have used these poppers for a couple of years now and they are my go to lure. Use 6 lb Crystal Fireline with them and have caught bucketmouths up to 5 lbs on them without the line or lures breaking. Use the smallest diameter line that you can as they cast real nice. The brown colored popper is my go to color in Northern Minnesota! You don't ever need to fish with 30 lb braid with these awesome lures!

My father was in the front of the boat, I was in the back of the boat. Slowly trolling along the edge of some reeds, his standard, non-popper frog was the first bait the bass saw. My popper was the second they saw, and they couldn't resist it.

The popper has a fantastic action customizable to however you want to fish it. Fast pops producing huge sound and water movement, all the way down to subtle splashes as you walk the dog with it.

When it comes to tackle with these frogs...go big or go home. Anything less than a 30lb braid is just a waste of time. I use 50lb PowerPro with the drag on my Abu Garcia baitcaster turned way up with a heavy action 7'3" Abu Vendetta rod.
