A bit thicker than most insoles shoes were a bit tight with them and they didn't feel very cushy. Good if you were just looking for added support.

I have two pair and am getting a 3rd for more of my shoes/boots. My wife has a pair and wants another. It is a pain to have to always switch an insole to the shoe you want to wear.
My wife and I both love these insoles. Just rip your factory insole out and stick these in. She has HIGH arches and I have very FLAT feet. She also wears a heel life in one of her shoes.
For the money these are fantastic. We could have spent more money on other products but we would not have been any more satisfied.
I really notice the difference on all day trips that would have hurt my feet in the past. Things like all day at the zoo or in the field hunting pheasant. After using these my feet don't hurt at all.
I wear them in New Balance running shoes, Dr. Martin Boots, and insulated hunting boots.
