Cover worked well. It kept off dust and covered the whole grinder. I recommend this product. I bought this for a gift for my father during Christmas and he loves it.

I was not certain from the description if this cover was for the main motor part of the unit or the fully assembled unit including meat tray. It is for the assembled unit, not just the motor part.

The top part is fabric. My only suggestion would be to have something non-flexible in the top so it can't sag. I dont think it is a big deal, and I can certainly cut a piece of cardboard to do this.

bottom line, it's a cover and it does its job.
