Cabela's Electric Grinder Attachments – Meat Cuber

Transform your grinder into an entire food processing unit with these grinder attachments.

  • With the Meat Cuber you don’t have to grind up every tough cut of meat into hamburger. Tenderize those portions of beef or wild game to make excellent cube steaks, country-fried steaks and fajita meat with this meat- cubing attachment. Two rollers turn 45 stainless steel blades to cut into coarse meats up to 3/4" thick. Removable stripper blades keep the meat from wrapping around the rollers. Stainless steel construction makes the cuber durable and easy to clean. Cast-iron and nylon body is 30% larger than the previous model. Fits: 1/2HP - 1-3/4HP grinders.

    This product is great. My wife and I just ran 10 lbs of oranges through thii mill and got some great stuff. Although we had to run the oranges through twice it was worth it. My only complaint is that there is not a shield on top of the screen to prevent the juice from squirting all over the place. To fix this problem I made a hood out of aluminum foil, no more problems. Also like so many other products of simaler design, this one did not leak. Looking foward to doing tomatos. Different size screens would also be nice

    It works good on large pieces that are partially frozen. Small thawed pieces it turns it into hamburg.

    Jerky slicer-waste of money

    I read the reviews and saw all the positives for the cuber and mostly negatives on the jerky slicer. Guess I should have trusted the reviews. I made sure I had the meat cut into 1" thick and I had all different tempatures of meat( frozen, partially frozen, partially thawed, thawed, etc.) because I wanted to see if that would make a difference in the slicing ability. I tried every piece of meat and every piece if meat just ended up wrapping around the blades. Didn't matter how frozen or how thawed. I think if they eliminated half of the blades it would probably work better and you would have better sizes for jerky. Guess I just have to go back to hand cutting everything. Was really hoping this would work as I just made 70lbs of jerky and this would have been a huge time saver. I do have to say that cabelas was great on the return and that the guy told me he hears this complaint on this item all the time
