Make efficient and easy work of all your grinding with our premium grinders. We’ve improved our existing designs by adding stainless steel necks, screws, plates and blades. And just like the butcher shop’s model, these are built to handle large quantities of meat for years to come. Heavy-duty air-cooled motors are housed in stainless steel and sit atop stainless steel bases for corrosion-free use and easy cleanup. Our motors include internal circuit breakers that are and independently tested to ensure their performance exceeds expectations for the highest quality and safety standards. Motors are permanently lubricated for trouble-free use. Oval meat trays eliminate hard-to-reach corners for trouble-free loading. The 1hp, 1-1/2hp and 1-3/4hp models have forward and reverse gears. The 1/2hp, 3/4hp, 1hp, and 1-1/2hp grinders include stainless steel fine (4.5mm) and medium (7mm) grinding plates. The 1-3/4hp grinder includes medium (7mm) and course (10mm) grinding plates. All include four sausage-stuffing funnels and a meat-pushing stomper. Necks, blades and grinding plates are dishwasher safe. All grinders are compatable with our optional grinder attachments.   • The 1/2hp Grinder is powerful enough to handle household grinding chores with ease, and it won’t take up all your counter space. It has an on/off switch, and is capable of grinding up to 4-6 lbs. of meat per minute. It sports a sturdy No. 8 stainless steel neck and an 11-1/2" x 8" x 2-1/2" tray. Weight: 33 lbs.
  • Compact and powerful, the 3/4hp Grinder has an on/off switch, and it is capable of grinding up to 7-9 lbs. of meat per minute. It sports a sturdy No. 12 Stainless steel neck and a 12-1/2" x 8-1/4" x 2-1/2" tray. Weight: 40 lbs.
  • With 10-12 pounds-per-minute processing capacity, your processing time will be substantially reduced with the 1hp Grinder. It has a two-direction forward and reverse switch, as well as a durable stainless steel No. 22 neck with 15-3/4" x 10-1/4" x 2-1/2" tray. Weight: 58 lbs.
  • With incredible power, the 1-1/2hp Grinder is capable of grinding 15-18 pounds-per-minute, and is durable to last a lifetime. It has a forward and reverse switch and the huge stainless steel No. 32 neck easily feeds large chunks of meat with 15-3/4" x 10-1/2" x 3-1/2" tray. Weight: 68 lbs.
  • Our 1-3/4hp Grinder is the ultimate powerhouse on the market! The extra horsepower allows it to grind an amazing 18-22 pounds-per-minute. Larger cuts of meat slide easily through the massive stainless steel No. 42 neck (nearly 40% larger than the No. 32). Extra-large 545 cu.-in. hopper volume. Forward and reverse switch. 18-1/8" x 11-13/32" x 2-3/8" tray. Weight: 78 lbs.

By far the best grinder out there for the price. I have used all different kinds of grinders but none of them can match the durability and power that the Cabela's grinder has to offer. This will be the last grinder that I will ever have to buy.

For the home meat shop or Pro, it's the best bang for the buck. I have worked in a meat market for 15 years and I am very happy. I highly recommend the foot feed too. It's very helpfull when stuffing sausage. Meat Hound

3/4 HP Its a Hoss

Just received my 3/4 HP grinder this week. I had 7 1/2 # chuck roast & 2 1/2 # ribeye steaks cut into cubes in refrig waiting on grinders arrival. Washed and assembled the grinder, turned unit on and began putting meat in hopper, no plunger needed. was thru grinding 10 # meat in 3 minutes. worked perfect, took longer to wash unit than to grind meat.

1 HP Grinder n Attachments

I purchased a smaller "professional model"! Well that one could handle the simple job of grinding duck and goose meat to make sausage out of them.
This grade of grinder should last a life time!
The attachments are great and am looking to add the meat mixer attachment!
Also the footpedal switch, is a must when your using the machine as a sausage stuffer!
Who ever designed this 5 thumbs up!!!
