Adjustable thermostat (95°F to 155°F) provides the flexibility to dehydrate fruits and vegetables as well as meats. Easily handles up to 14 trays. Drying pressure automatically adjusts as trays are added. Vita-Save exterior helps retain more vitamins and nutrients during the drying process.
