Received drying sheets yesterday, and immediately placed a combination of banana, and pineapple puree upon sheets. I had read where that not having an edge makes a mess in dehydrator, I thickened the puree combination via banana. NO MESS AT ALL. Also as far as the sheets not reaching to the edge, this is for drying purposes. Nothing wrong with this product. If there is a fault, it could be the price per 3 sheets. I would recommend this product..

It would be great if they made these to fit the trays... Sheets leave 1.5 inch all the way around- lost drying space!

These sheets work great. I use them for smaller veggies and fruit rolls. You just have to be a little more careful since they don't have a lip. But overalll a real great product.
