EXCELLENT!!
Date:
I made a whole bag of apples using 7 trays... the whole batch disappeared in two days and I never even got to take them out of the dehydrator. My wife and kids LOVE these!! The entire scent fills the house and I get constantly questioned if they are done yet. AWESOME TREAT!

Awsome flavor
Date:
Okay, I have been drying things in my dehydrator for years. Apples and Bananas are two of my favorite items to do because they are so easy, taste good and are expensive to buy. I saw these new spices at my Cabela's store and picked up one of each (Carmel Apple, Chocolate Banana and Tropical Fruit). The results are unreal they are so good.
I did a tray of each (two trays of the pineapple slices) in my four tray dehydrator. I peeled and cored the apples and sliced the bananas all about the same width as the cannedand sliced pineapples. Once they were on the tray, I used the shaker bottles to shake the seasoning on each tray and then put the tray on the dehydrator and dried them as usual. The smell alone was worth the effort. My house smelled like apple pie baking for the 12 hours I dried the fruit.
Rather than having a batch in the fridge, they all got eaten that night by the family. I immediately did another batch and have done about a dozen batches so far. The jars of seasoning are pretty good size and I would estimate I have used about 1/3 of each.
It’s hard to review something when it comes to taste, but I can’t imagine anyone not liking these flavorings for fruit. I would, and have recommended it to my other friends who do a lot of dehydrating. That being said, I would think you could also use this on a baking sheet in your oven, but I haven’t tried it.
