The 25-oz. UV- and mildew-resistant marine-grade vinyl withstands a wide range of extremes. A layer of 75-lb. dense foam cushioning resists compression and returns to form. Heavy-duty tie-down strap backed with nylon webbing. Corrosion-resistant aluminum hinges. High-density corrugated ABS frame has a five-year warranty.

I received my 4 seat that I ordered right on time.
All was almost perfect. The plastic corner guards had come loose on 3 seats, in the shipping box. The staples wear not holding corner guards on, I replaced them with small screws 6 of them the center staples was way to short. I will install the seat this weekend.

Good Seat

Bought this to replace my squeaky old plastic one...boy what a nice upgrade! I am 6'2 so the tall back was necessary and is pretty comfortable for all day fishing. Seems to have pretty good construction and feels durable. Have been out on it 5 times so longevity is still a ?? at this time but like I said, I think it should last hopefully. Great sale price for the holidays!
