You'll appreciate the deluxe cushion filled with high-density marine foam, especially if you navigate rough waters. An automatic locking system and "no pinch" stainless steel hinge ensure that the seat back remains secure and upright when in use. Surface construction is 30-oz. marine-grade, UV-stable vinyl that's durable, spill-resistant and also resists fading in sunlight. This seat mounts to any standard marine swivel, slide or seat spider.

    I've never left a review before, but was so impressed with this seat I just had to. Loved the matching color (fit in perfectly with my green lund). Comfortable, seems to be well built and not rickety..i'm really happy.

    THE boat seat

    Overall, I really like this seat. It is soft & comfortable. I installed this seat in my '07 Triumph 191 to replace original equipment. I had to replace the base plate to accomodate my needs. The seat lock-down feature is new to me, but seems to be a good thing. This may take a little getting used to, but I think over-all this is a great seat. A little pricey. How it will endure, I'm not sure......... we will see. I know Cabela's stands behind their products, good or bad. I've been buying from Cabela's for over 35 years. Their return policy is the best. If you're not happy, for any reason...... send it back & they will make you happy. Now we'll see how this Tempress product holds up....... I'm hard on everything.

    I bought three seats to replace the standard seating and upgrade the quality at the same time. The seats were as good as I had hoped and fit very well. One glich is the screws sent with the seats were a slight bit to long and reached past being flush with the shell base when secured. This necessitated buying 1/4 inch shorter screws. When installing these seats check with your hand to make sure the screw doesn't go through to far and create a condition that may result in tearing the foam from the inside. The shorter screws work just fine.
