Awful Seat
Date:
Awful seat, I don\u2019t know why you guys rate these seats as comfortable, they are actually very uncomfortable, the back of the seat has no recline angle, you have to pack the front of the seat mount to get the angle of the seat back correct, no, I would not recommend this seat

terrible seat
Date:
My old worn out seat is better than this seat. you put it on a flat surface and press with your hand and it bottoms out like it was 20 years old. the foam is not the advertised density, or i'll eat it for breakfast. I am a fisherman who fishes 12 to 14 hours a day in a canoe and I know seats. Do your butt a favor and get Cabelas anglers seat or the cabelas deluxe elite seat. they really are 75 lb density foam. You want to spend your time fishing , not squirming in a lousy seat by Tempress, and same goes for Tempress Profile seat which I bought to test as well out of curousity as supposed to be denser foam than Navistyle . Don't believe it. I returned both. Also I apologize for typing, I really can spell, just can't type.

Tempress Low-Back Navistyle Boat Seat
Date:
I recently purchased this item for my boat to replace one of my owl worn out seats. I have three more to replace and will likely purchase matching seats of the same type as this one. The seat is realtively comfortable and appears that it will hold up under hard use. One of the reasons that I purchased this specific seat is that it does not have any metal exposed, which is important to me as I live on the west coast of northern California and I take my boat in the ocean on occasion.
When the seat was delivered, the plastic tab that would lock the seat is a folded position for travel would not function. Not a big enough deal for me to go throught he hassle of returning the seat and waiting for the replacement.
