They are kind of flemsy and not very comfortable. I have used them about four times and they are already starting to make alot of noise.

This a good little seat. I am 6'3", 300 and some change pounds and have no problem with these seats. I have put all of my weight leaning on the back and the seat didn't seem to mind. All in all, a good addition to smaller boats if you have it mounted on a swivel base.
