I have experienced no problem with fading. My buddy and I are both pushing 300 lbs ( all muscle of course ) and we have fished and hunted out of these seats all season with no visible signs of wear. I would buy these seats again without hesitation.

Max-4 Turns Pink

I thought these Max-4 seats would be a great addition to my Max-4 camo duck boat. Within a short time they began to fade from the sun. Now they are pink camo !! I can't use them waterfowl hunting unless I throw a camo cover over them. I sure wouldn't recommend them. I am going to have to invest in some other kind of seats - these are TOTALLY unacceptable.

THESE SEATS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE AND DURABLE. THE MAIN PROBLEM I HAVE WITH THESE SEATS IS THE FACT THAT THEY START TO SUN FADE VERY QUICKELY. MY SEATS ARE UNDER COVER EXCEPT WHEN THE BOAT IS IN USE AND AFTER ABOUT 6 TIMES OUT ON THE LAKE YOU CAN NOTICE A DISTINCT DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TOPS OF THE SEATS TO THE UNDERSIDE OR WHERE THE SUN DOSEN'T HIT AS MUCH. EASILY A 5 STAR PRODUCT IF NOT FOR THIS ISSUE.

Big man seats

Installed five of these in my 1860 Jon boat. Three I placed on springfield pedestals so I could move around for my duck hunting and fishing. So far have worked well very comfortable.
