Popper Bodies

Perfect Popper Bodies, with an oversized head and cupped end, create a larger disturbance on the surface of the water. Add a tail and legs to create an instant bass bug. Reverses to make sliders. Use a Tiemco 8089, Mustad 37187 or Mustad 33903, size 6 for the model 2 and size 10 for the model 4. Per 20.

    These bodies are great for the novice and experienced. They are inexpensive enough to not bother with carving your own. They accept paint well and are perfectly balanced.

    I used to carve my popper bodies out of wine corks. I was always a cork guy. Not any more. These float higher, pop harder and last longer.
