The drag constantly applies seal pressure while in free-spool, eliminating overrun while stripping line. Lubricated micrograin cork delivers legendary silky-smooth performance. Mechanical clutch system allows easy conversion from left- to right-hand retrieve. Each reel is individually serialized for identification and signed by master reel designer Ted "Tibor" Juracsik.
