Nubby Tack holds your flies in place securely and always ready to go. Just insert the hook between the nubbies and the fly stays in place. Nothing could be easier or more secure. Fly boxes with Nubby Tack® last longer because the hook isn't inserted and then pulled out of foam.

    The 'nubby' fly boxex are great. The 'nubs' hold flies great, small, medium or large and the boxes are roomy to not smash flies.

    A good Versatile box

    I needed a box that would hold a fly hook range between #12 and #6. It is easy to insert and remove fles between the nubs. Rearanging the flies doesn't leave holes from the previous locations. The fles are held securly in place after the box has been packed and repacked in my gear bags and vest. I have this box in the medium and large size and expect to add additional boxes as needed.

    Just What I was Looking For

    I use this Nubby Tack Fly Box to hold all my Ice flies for Ice fishing. I like that I can see them all laid out showing their different colors. I've only used one season thus far and it worked great. Some of the smaller flies fell out of the nubby's but I expected that due to their size. They obviously stayed in the box though. No more untangling flies use them. Great Item.

    Great Fly Box for the Money

    I recently ordered five of these boxes because my friends all had an interest in getting one of them after seeing mine. They are a nice box for the money. They hold plenty of flies, and the nubby tack system is great for holding flies in place. I even put small lead-head jigs in my fly box and it rarely spits one free. You can't go wrong with these boxes if you are looking for reliable storage.
