Terrible knot strength and lots of memory

I have 10lb test spooled, and managed to loose 4 jigs when the line fragmented above the knot after hang-ups (in only a few hours). I have put berkley"s previous generation flourocarbon throught the same (as well as braid and mono manufactured by others) in a 6lb test and was able to bend jigs free of debris... never an issue with the knot strength. Very poor, and the line had enough memory to convince you it was at least 30lb test

A sup-par line, save your money.

a line to avoid

I just purchased this line as to try some different lines at 8 lb was coily and had very little to no feel while jigging ,did not cast well off my spinning reel ,i have used many berkley products and very happy but this one is not one of them

i did not like it

i have never had line shoot off of my casting reel as bad when pitching. i did not like it at all complete waste of money. and it is not very abrasion resistent i used 10# and i hit a rock and the line just snapped

Line Memory?

I found this line to be absolutly incapable of being used on spinning reels. Never in my life have I had line jump off my reel in a way that this line does. What gives Trilene? I have used Trilene lines all of my life buy will be looking for another go-to line in the future. However, I did find it to be some of the greatest leader material I have ever used. Extremely abrasian resistant.
