Outcast Prowler Float Tube

  • Full length inflatable floor allows you to sit up above the water
  • 54-oz. hydration bladder
  • 325-lb. weight capacity
Unlike other float tubes in which you sit in the water, the Prowler's full-length inflatable floor allows you to sit up and out of the water, ensuring a drier trip around the lake for you and your equipment. Sitting higher off the water also allows for easier fish-spotting and increased casting distance. The 325-lb. weight capacity makes it a heavy-duty float tube ideal for larger-sized fishermen. The stripping apron has height adjustment for a customized fit. Three Summit 2 valves make inflation easy and simple. Fill the included 54-oz. hydration bladder and you'll stay refreshed during a long day of fishing. Durable 600-denier PVC pontoons. Anchor and anchor mount sold separately. Five-year warranty.
Size: 50" x 64".

Great float tube
Date:
My overall rating of this float tube is 1000% improvement over the inner tube I had 30 years ago. For pros I would have to give this tube an A+ for fishing comfort and ease of moving through the water. A few cons are: 1) When fully load with lures and other tackle, it is not very easily back packed. The D rings on the under side tend to tear out from the weight. 2) The lure compartments on either side are a little too tall. 3) The apron sags to the front and does not provide a level work area. 4) In a little wind the tube wants to turn around backwards.
All that said, I am so glad I let my fishing buddy talk me into buying this tube.

Finally, A Winne!!
Date:
I have tried four different float tubes including one from the company that makes my pontoon boat. Until now, all have failed in one way, or another. The Prowler is GREAT! Cabelas has stood behind their products; Even if they did not meet my expectations.
My two reservations about the Prowler...note the 5 Stars! Price. Weight. I need to put a bit less air pressure in the seat to keep the seat edge from giving me muscle cramps in my hamstrings.. Great product! Handles great!! Built well. Roomy.
Great product, Outcast! Great customer service, Cabelas!.

Best Float Ever made
Date:
Easy setup, plenty of storage. Cast side ways no issues easy to control and even relaxing. Keep my knees above water.
Worth ever penny and than some. I would like to see a electric trolling motor with lithium batteries 1/3 of weight compared to lead acid batteries so I can fish a any big lake.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FROM FIRST TIME BUYER AND EXPERIENCE TUBERS. IF MAINTINED PROPERLY IT SHOULD LAST A LIFE TIME

I know, I know, four bills plus stings but this tube is worth it. Very comfortable, lots of storage, dry seat, easy to inflate and stow, heavy duty, robust carrying handle, I could go on and on. Stability is excellent and the open bow permits easier rod handling. I hauled mine around semi-inflated in my daughters Eclipse! If you fancy yourself a dedicated float tuber just do it, you won't regret the initial expense.
