Simple device that ensures you won't lose your valuable rod if you happen to drop it while float-tubing or wading. On one end of the 70" elastic cord are Velcro® tabs that wrap tightly around the rod; on the other end, an easy-adjust cordlock.

Well made. Works as advertised. I don't usually use this with the rod I'm fishing with. I attach it to my spare rod on my pontoon boat and never have to worry about losing it. I have a second leash that I carry to secure misc. items that I don't want to lose.

this rod lesh is great and I got two of them one for my paddle, The velcro grip works very well and holds tight so not to slide down from it's grip spot.

Fly Rod Leash

After loosing a Sage rod from the rod holder on my Pontoon boat, I looked for ways to keep it from happening again. The Rod Leash is the best system I came up with other than making sure my rod is in the holder correctly. It is a little bit of a pain having elastic cord to deal with, but the security of the leash is a worth it. The major issue I have with this leash is the Velcro strap, which you put around the grip, slips down against the reel interfering with reeling in line.

Good, inexpensive rod leash. Allows for added confidence when you don't have the fly rod in hand. quality is better than expected for this price.
