Great Boat
Date:
This is a great boat for the price. This is my first float tube. I used it at Alamo lake in AZ. After I got use to it I had a great time on the water. The float tube is verycomfortable an is light weight you can spend hours in it and not get uncomfortable. I would recommed this to everyone.

Excellent
Date:
I took this boat into a pond for some atlantic salmon fishing in Newfoundland. The boat is very stable and easy to manuever, once you get use to using the fins. Best of all it's lightweight and very portable. Great for those hour long walks. I just threw it in my knapsack and hardly knew it was there. I weigh around 230lbs; 250 lbs with gear and the boat easily handled it. No problems with a fish on either. I landed a couple with a small net, however, next time I'll be using a glove or telescopic net. I was very surprised with how comfortable the boat was. It was like fishing from an easy chair! I'd recommend getting an anchor "bag" to go with it.

Hard to beat!

The wife, and I both have a greek Com. U-boat's. She got the kit, and I the original, I use a fly rod, and she a ultra-light, Starting in the spring& summer we use they about as much as we use our boat. Alot of the times we'll bring they's along while in the boat, if we find a spot we really want to spend some time coverying, we'll park the boat, and use the U-boats. We will go out on a small lake near us, and just roam around the lake just for the fun of it. My lab, and bloodhound swim along with us on these outtings. Our grandkids get a kick out of using them on the beach. If you want to know how tough these boats are, turn your grand kids, or kids lose at the beach with them, and at the end of many outings they have done no harm to them, That's tough, there kid proof in othere words. I fish from them, but I take care what I do, the kids though are just cutting loss, and having fun. That should tell you how well made they are.

I bought this tube about 3-4 years ago to fish w/ a buddy of mine, and I don't regret it. This was my first tube, so I really don't have a whole lot to compare it to, but I am more than satisfied with it.
I've gone fishin' w/ it nearly every weekend (in the summer), and have gone through rocks, weeds, sticks, ect. and I haven't even needed to use the patch kit that comes with it!
