Fusion™ Vanes

  • Minimizes crosswind interference
  • Maximizes aerodynamic steering capability
  • First-class adhesion, consistency and durability
Sport a high-profile design based upon the increasingly popular footprint of today's short-vane designs, but all similarities end there. With a profile similar to a traditional shield cut, the modified silhouette increases the surface area of the most critical point of the vane's anatomy. As the name states, the Fusion vane by Norwary Industries is a radical blend of shape and material technology. This unique design minimizes crosswind interference to maximize aerodynamic steering capability and yield unprecedented broadhead flight. By combining old and new technologies, they've created the most responsive vane archers have ever experienced with precise focus on today's critical demands of first-class adhesion, broadhead flight, consistency and durability. DURABLE!
Date:
Had duravanes, 4in, on my Easton carbons. That's how they came, well shooting the whisker biscuit tore them up real quick. I watched a video of a guy ripping these fusions off with a pair of channel locks and was amazed. Re-fetched my own arrows with these and have shot them well over a 100 or few and no sign of coming off. A couple times my arrows even went through the target and like i said still no sign of coming off. Durable.

fusion vanes
Date:
Worst vanes I've ever used. They wouldn't stay attached I have tried a couple of different glues and still they wouldn't stay on my arrows for more than a couple of shots. I would never get these again.

Fusion vane performance
Date:
I personally believe that different products (like vanes) perform based on the shooters style and equipment used. That said, I'll report my results.
Daimond bow @ 60#, 29" draw, 100 grain points, arrow spine - .392 (my own measurements). Arrow - Gold Tip XT Hunter.
While past performance with these shafts were less than expected (poor groupings), several of the XT's had dammaged fletching (from other close hits) so i replaced the Velocity vanes with the Fusion using the Arizona (short) helical fletcher.
WOW!!! what a difference. I've numbered my arrows and I've mapped their impacts. Those with Fusions are hitting ~3" higher (expected) in a 1" horizontal spread at 30 yards - CONSISTANTLY. That's a ~1" ring at 30 yards for the same one arrow shot 4 times. I don't get that with my Quick Spins.

very tight groupings
Date:
I bought these fletchings to put them on my beeman ics carbon arrows, and they do wonders. the first time i shot my arrow i noticed tighter groupings, so as i by more arrows, with or without the vanes, i will strip off the vane and replace them with the fusion vanes. they are a very good product.
