Based solely on the product I would give it a 4. It does what it says though it could be a bit brighter.
Based on the picture with the description I would give it a 1. The light is NOT red as the picture shows and that is exactly why I bought it. I bought it with the intent to put it on my Airedales' collar when we walk at night. It would still work, however the light is white and not as bright as I would like for it to be.
I would send them back but for the price it just is not cost effective so I guess I will find another use for them.
