Shot a doe at 5 yards opening morning this season with these incredible broadheads. Hit between two ribs on the way in, dead center of a rib on the way out and dead center of the humerous bone of the off-side front leg. It broke the bone completely in two and stuck in the ground on the other side of the trail. That was with a PSE Stinger and Cabela's Stalker Extreme shafts that I fletched myself with Blazer vanes. I touched up the point on a whet stone and installed new blades. The broadhead is ready to eat its way through another deer on the same arrow. I have also used the GrizzTricks and they are phenominal. Only problem is that I don't see replacement blades for the GrizzTricks at Cabela's. For that reason I would recommend the Magnums instead.
My best friend recommened this head to me and it worked to perfection. I had a huge entry hole and the exit hole was monsterous. The blood trial was great. The deer ran 80 yards after a double lung shot and she expired
If you're buying the replacements, you already know how well Slick Trick's fly. I felt it was better to spend a few bucks on brand new, sharp replacements than resharpen last years broad heads. These are the best flying fixed blades on the market, period.
