I am very impressed with this knife. I did deduct some in my rating because of the sheath that comes with the knife. More on that later.
The knife actually is a "three finger" knife if you have large hands. But this is not a problem as the grip contour is very well done and the knife feels very good in the hand.
The knife has a very nice "heft" to it in the hand. This does not look or feel like a cheap knife. The pins that hold the grip in place are executed with a little decorative flare that adds to the looks of the knife. The blade is sharp as delivered, and while it is made in China, it seems to be of generally higher quality than some other brands. There are some grooves on the top of the blade just forward of the handle that provide good traction for the thumb. The blade is thicker than one might expect for a knife this small, and it is nice and wide relative to the length which sold make it good for skinning game.
I would recommend this knife to anyone who needs a small knife to keep handy.
Now for the sheath. It is cordura which fits the generally weatherproof design of the knife itself. However, the loop for belt attachment seems rather flimsy and mine has streached after just a few days of wear. The top of the sheath has been designed to protect the handle of the knife, but it does so in a very inconvenient way that forces you to actually look at the sheath to replace the knife. It would really be nice if there was a leather sheath option for this knife. I will probably make my own but that is not an option for everyone.
