G5 Striker GREAT PENETRATION!!!!
Date:
My draw length is 23 inches and the most I can get my bow to shoot weight is 48 lbs....this is after 3 years of working it up to this point. So naturally with that light of a draw weight and my tiny draw length I really needed a broadhead to do the trick.
We got archery tags in Iowa and I really wanted to make a humane kill.
Well I shot my deer at 22 yards broadside and I heard my arrow hit the leaves on the other side of the deer. I thought i missed but found blood. After 80 yards and a recovered deer, I found I got a complete pass through and still cut a rib in half going in. The blade is a little dented but the other two are still sharp. I am very pleased and it's the first pass through i've ever had. My husband is going to hunt boars here in a few months and now only will use the strikers because he needs the penetration on a pig!!! Oh, by the way with a 100 grain tip my arrow weighs in at 316 grains.... barely legal!!!! This is the broadhead that we will always use now!!

excellent broadheads
Date:
I researched many kinds of broadheads when i was planning my Africa trip this year (2011). the g5 strikers 125gr had the best results.
I shot 6 animals and the g5's were fantastic! Huge entrance and exit wounds, cut bone ( ribs, shoulders, leg bones) and while i had damaged blades (shoulder and leg bone hits) all the heads survived and are still perfectly straight.
African animals are seriously tough but the g5's knocked them down

This is one of the the best fixed blade broadheads you will find combining accuracy, toughness and extremely sharp blades. It has proven itself to me time and time again.

Unquestionable Performance
Date:
After reading reviews on several broadheads, I switched to this broadhead last year after some bad experience with another broadhead I used during a September Montana Elk hunt. I found the Striker to be durable and deadley. The Striker had the same accuracy as my target tips out to 50 yards. In late October I shot a PA whitetail buck at 27 yards with a complete pass through. The deer went less than 15 yards. When I field dressed the deer I could not believe the entrance and exit wound. Their performance is unquestionable !
