I use the Carry Straps on my Cabela\u2019s double rod case. Works well for on board airline travel however, I would like to see a shoulder pad included.

Rod-Case Carrying Straps for Airline Travel

Traveling with fishing gear can be a real pain. Finding out which carousel or back door has our rods causes more than a little anxiety. Four piece rods in their cases go easily into the overhead bins on aircraft. The Rod-case Carrying Straps hold two rods. As the closures are Velcro, an addition can easily be made to accommodate one or two more rods, or a second Rod-case Carrying Strap can be purchase and a Velcro strap around both makes one carry on This way, they stay with you and do not go the way of wandering baggage. Beats Duct Tape!

Works well for two rods, but difficult to completely tighten around rods to keep the straps around the rod from sliding up and down the rod tubes.
