Excellent for catfishing!

I have 10 of these rod holders mounted to my pontoon boat and plan on adding two more in the near future. They are plenty strong and hold up no problem to big fish like the 50lb+ blue catfish we catch on the James River. Unlike the cheaper plastic rod holders, these will not weaken over time due to sunlight or temperature extremes. Highly recommended for anyone bottom or drift fishing from a boat.

great product made very well. a great accessory for my boat. wasn't the degree of angle i wanted but with a vice and a rigid piece a pipe i corrected the angle to my liking. you can buy less expensive rod holders but you get what you pay for.
