Our double fly reel cases feature a super-tough Cordura® nylon outer shell with belt loop and extra-thick protective foam padding. Cases have a nylon lining, ID window and zipper closure. Imported. 4-3/4" diameter. One size fits all.

This reel case worked out pretty good for me. I have one reel but an extra spool with a different fly line. So I can keep everything for a particular line weight stored in the same case. I recommend in. Protection wise it could use a little more padding. In all is a good purchase.

One Size Fits All?

The case is well made and certainly adequate for a large reel and spool. But I would have preferred a smaller size suitable for 5/6 and smaller reels or spools. Still, to be able to store a reel and a spool together is a plus when on a river and switching from floating to sink-tip. Good enough for the price.

I like this case. I wish theres was some foam padding or equivalant to fill the empty space, and keep the reel more protected. Defiantly a good all-round case.
