Excellent jig hooks

I have been making jigs with these hooks for a couple of years. They are excellent hooks and are absolutely the sharpest hooks I have found. If you are looking for a heavy wire hook, this is not it, but if a you want a light wire hook, I strongly recommend this one. I have had no trouble landing seatrout, but a large red drum (over 5 pounds) can straighten one of these in a long fight. That's not the hook's fault, though. Just a matter of matching the gear to the fish...

I received the order on time and in good shape. These hooks are sharp right out of the box and are somewhat of a bargain but a portion of these jig hooks have bent hooks,misformed eyes and the shank from the eye to the 90 degree bend vary in length making them impossible to fit in the mold. Quality control is poor. Sizes 1/0 and larger seem to be the worst. Cabelas customer service was excellent in sending me different properly sized hooks.
