I use the size 14 hooks for trout fishing with many different types of bait live and fake and the hook works well for all of them. Sharp tip for awesome hook sets and great overall durability love em!!!!!

not the best...good price

Use this hook often mainly because of the price,they're a decent hook although they rust real quick and real bad. Sharp enough for me,hold well and like I say for the price of 50 if they get too bad I'll just toss the bad ones.Only other con is sizing.Like another reviewer wrote they are waaay over sized,whatever you're using drop down 1 or 2 whole sizes on these hooks.

Excellent hooks for trout. Very sharp! I'll buy these again when I restock my tackle box. I use crickets and these hold crickets very well. Usually takes about 30 minutes to get my limit.
