    An excellent fillet knife. Strong, sharp, and will get the job done.
    I used it to fillet 8-10# catfish in a very short time. Keeps a good edge. Would recommend without hesitation.

    I haven't had the chance yet to use this knife on fish, but I did use it in trimming up the meat from a couple of deer. I was able to use it to remove the silverskin, which was easier with this knife than some of the other knives I have tried to use.
