Mister Twister Electric Fillet Knife

Turn on the Mister Twister Electric Fisherman when you've got fish to fillet. Mister Twister has a plastic gear train, and a steel primary worm gear for more power and cutting torque. Serrated, double-action 7" blades are super-sharp stainless steel for precise and easy filleting. You also get quick blade release and a positive safety button. These 110-volt knives have a high-impact motor housing and a handy recoil cord, and the relaxed hand design gives you good control. Knife draws 1.2 amps.

I just purchased my 2nd Mister Twister Electric Fillet Knife - the fist knife still runs but is about 6 years old and I've cleaned hundreds and hundreds of fish with it.

I have owned three electric knifes in the last year. This one is the best one of all of them. One of them I just returned it and I ordered MTEK. I cleaned some large strippers, spottted bass and catfish with it and it worked real good. I would recommend this knife to anyone.

the one I had to replace with this one had blades that you can resharpen with a file
the new blades have more pointed tips to them
wish they were the other stye
still great knive for the money

Overall good quality, but a different serrated edge might make it cut more smoothly. Also, a longer cord would help.
