At 17" tall, it’s one of the lowest-profile dog blind on the market. Set up and tear down in seconds with the spring-loaded top. The aluminum-alloy frame will last for years. Front and rear entrances. Stakes included. Imported. Weight: 6.5 lbs. Camo pattern: KW-1™.
I like the features of the blind. Tie down stakes, carrying strap, loopholes to help camouflage, are all useful. My lab gets in and out of it fine, however, It is difficult to set up.
It needs two more inches of material because it is stretched too tight. The velcro fasteners do not reach to fully close. It is nice when it is locked in place, but I almost bent the crossbar trying to slide it together. I leave it set up and transport it that way because I don't want to mess with it in the field.
My biggest concern was the size of the blind Vs the size of my Labrador. My dog is an over size Labrador, she's 90 pounds (not fat) and she fits perfectly in the GHG Ground Force Blind. Only the head is out !
Construction looks very good and sturdy. Love the integrated hiding pockets for the stakes.
Minor complaint would be the centre bar a bit difficult to put together.
My 80lb Chessie Fits inside no problem. It looks great and sets up quick. If it gets dirty hose it down. Just wish the dog would carry it himself. I set it up in the livingroom inplace of his blanket and it didn't take long for him to become more than comfortable in it.
