Avery® Power Hunter™ Laydown Blind

  • Folds into a 32" x 33" x 4" backpack
  • 11-lb. total weight combined with extremely low profile
  • CamoStraps for stubbling
  • Arched FlipTop offers unrestricted calling
  • Camo mesh top and rear windows for a 360° field of vision
  • Double-padded foam seat and headrest
Weighing in at only 11 pounds, the Avery Power Hunter is the lightest full-frame laydown blind on the market. But just because it's lightweight doesn't mean it's light on performance. The flip-top cockpit gives you a full field of view while keeping all movements concealed by a screened cover. Heavy-duty aluminum tubing gives the support to spring into position and take the shot and prevents wind from causing the material to flap and flare birds at the last second. The blind conforms to the exact contours of the land you're hunting to give you one of the lowest profiles in the field. And when it's time to relocate within the spread or haul everything out of the field, it folds up to 30" x 26" x 5" and sports built-in backpack straps for easy carry. Stubble straps across the entire top and viewing window give you the ability to vanish within your surroundings.

compact

Very nice blind especially for the money. I caught mine on an end of year waterfowl sale for about half price. Flip lid is great, no problem to shoot out of and the blind is very low profile, ideal for those late season hunts. A little tight for the bigger hunter. I am 6'1'', 230 lbs but I still can squeeze my blind bag down by my feet. But keep in mind, super low profile and roomy inside....you just can't have both

Best Blind Out There
Date:
Extremely low profile, no frame to hold it up so it looks like a box. I'm 6'3 and can fit in it fine with plenty of room. Comfortable for a long sit and easy flip up lid so you can shoot with ease. By far the best blind on the market!!!!

Great Blind at a Great price
Date:
This blind is my favorite i have 2 of these blinds its the lightest best blind to have IMO if you have to pack it in to a field or in a boat up a river or accross a lake or pond without adding a ton of weight and taking up a bunch of space. They are light and very low profile if your hunting bear flat fields with hardly nothing to hide in or on a sandbar we grab tumble weeds and with 2 or 3 of them stubbled well they look like a pile of weed cought on a edge of the bank. i have hunted in one for 3 years now and have had no problem with them what so ever. i tell everyone i talk to its the best blind around and thats what im telling you, get one and you wont be disappointed.

Great Blind; No Frame
Date:
At first, when I set up this blind, I was a little disappointed because there is no framework on the lower portions. In other layout blinds, the frame extends roughly to the knees, so that when you have it all shut, the barrel of the gun rests on the frame. This blind doesn't have that - the frame essentially is only over the top portion. Once you get used to it, though, it is still a great blind. I love having the door open upwards rather than sideways, and there is room underneath the hatch to move your hands, blow a call, etc. I have experienced the lumbar pain after laying in it for quite some time, but I don't think you could expect to feel like you're in a piece of furniture or something - you're hunting! Also, extremely light weight.
The only drawback is that more of the shotgun is exposed than when you use a layout blind with doors that open sideways. I was at first worried about this since my gun is black and not camo, but it hasn't been a problem. Just be still!
