Avery® Layout Mat

  • 48" x 28" of waterproof protection
  • Rugged 600-denier polyester
  • Stows into a compact roll
Roll out this handy waterproof mat on wet, muddy or snowy ground and you'll always have a dry place to hunt from. It's made of rugged urethane-coated 600-denier polyester backed with heavy-duty PVC. Roll up and fasten with hook-and-loop attachments. Shoulder strap makes it easy to carry to and from the field.

Good product, but could be a little bigger

I bought two of these mats to use for goose hunting, to prevent laying directly on snow or wet ground. They appear nice, thick, and durable, and the camo pattern is good. The way they roll up to carry with built-in carrying strap is great.
The only reason I don't give this 5 stars instead of 4 is they are only 48 inches long. It would be nice to make them more like 6 ft long for the average person to lay on without hanging your legs off the end.

The mat is made for smaller people.

Does not cover the area of my blind. needs to be 2 to 3 feet longer. I have a Avery Migrator and an M2 it cover about 1/2 the length of the blind.

very durable blends in well with ground and or blind cover, needs to be dulled a little before use, has a bit of shine on it right out of the box.
