    This is a great saw to pack in my saddle bags in case of an emergency small diameter tree or a deer or elk leg. Love having it!

    These blades are tough, i have had the saw for many years and it works great, the blades are inexpensive and durable and in a pinch the wood blade will cut right through an elk leg!

    Replacement Blade Review

    This blade is great. It cuts through tree limbs without any difficulty. It is useful around camp, great to have along mountain biking for pruning back branches and a terrific little saw for around the house. The original blade lasted ten years before needing to be replaced.

    I have been using the Gerber exchange-a-blade saw for more then 10 years and they have never let me down. I find that the blades get dull after about two or three elk dressing's but the replacement blades are so cheap that it is very easy to just have a spare blade ready at all times. The wood blade is great to as it just rips through small logs and limbs like butter.
