Bought this call after returning a Primos Alpha Dogg that was defective right out of the box. (Still waiting for a call back from Primos). The Nite Stalker is just what I was looking for. Install the batteries, select the call you want, and press play. No silliness, just a great, sturdy, well made call. Remote works to excess of 100 yards line-of-sight with no hesitation or breaks in signals. Calls are crisp and clear. Carrying case is a nice bonus. Everything is organized and included with the call. No extra cords to buy. Volume is sufficient for all my calling needs. Ability to control the dual speakers from the remote is a plus. When you call their customer service (settle down..............I just wanted to order an extra battery holder, nothing wrong with the caller) you get to talk to a hunter who knows what you want. Lifetime warranty , more calls installed than I will ever need, and the ability to manage the calls easily from my PC. I grouped the calls that I use the most in the first few lines of the display. I used the call all day and had half battery life left from a set of rechargeable batteries. Ability to activate the decoy from the remote saves battery life.
I bought this because it had 400 calls already loaded. I am very happy with it , the sound is good and loud when you need it to be. I have used it twice and have had success.
I am a beginner varmint hunter. I had a tough choice in choosing a electronic caller. There are so many to choose from. The Western Rivers Nite Stalker Pro is an excellent choice for any hunter. It is easy to operate. The volume is plenty loud. Batteries also seem to last a long time. It is exactly as advertised. Sounds can be deleted and added with the aid of a computer. This may be one of my best purchases ever.
