He survives encounters with grizzly bears and hostile Indians in an attempt to start a new life and a family after marrying the daughter of an Indian chief. This classic film was directed by Sydney Pollack in 1972 and stars Redford, Will Geer and Stefan Gierasch. 116 minutes.
